Qualifications:

1. Female/male
2. Minimal 5 years experience at the same position in Chinese Food at Chinese Restaurant
3. Maximum 35 years old
4. Honest, tough and ready to accept criticism & input
5. Creative and innovative
6. Able to make recipe
7. Able to work under pressure
8. Able to calculate food cost
9. Always update with new menus especially unique menu which can be implemented in hotel
